Who you are dealing with

kalkmangroup.co.uk is run by Toby Kalkman, trading as Kalkman Group, a sole trader based in Suffolk, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected]. Postal address: 10 Irex Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 7BU.

There is no registered company. Kalkman Group is an umbrella brand, and it, along with Kalkman Digital, Kalkman Tech, Kalkman Code, are trading names of the same one person.

What this site is

A signpost, and nothing more. It exists to send you to whichever of the three trading names fits what you need. Nothing is sold here, there is nothing to buy, no account to create, no form to fill in and no service delivered through these pages.

Where the terms for actual work live

If you go on to commission work, your contract is with the trading name doing it, on that site’s own terms and its own quote. Nothing written here forms part of that agreement, and nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a fixed price. The descriptions of the three are summaries meant to help you pick, not a specification.

Using this site

Read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it in a way that degrades it for anybody else, or use it to do anything unlawful.

I keep this page current and correct it when it is wrong, but I do not warrant that everything here is free of error or that the site will always be available. It is hosted on infrastructure I do not own and it will occasionally be down.

What belongs to whom

The wording, design, names and marks on this site are mine. Using them to present yourself as me, or as one of these trading names, is not on.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
